Final Project: Constructing New Memories - Sydney
Morgan Contractors LLC is my dad's general contracting company. The company helps construct, renovate and restore homes in the Northern NJ area.
The owner of this home in Morristown, N.J. wanted an addition, in what was previously their garage, to their home. Here one of the guys are painting what will be a new kitchen.
Cabinets were installed shortly after the kitchen was painted.
This was a two man job and took approximately two days. One day for the primer and first coat; and the second day for the final coat and finishing gloss.
This second project is a complete flip in Montclair, N.J. The project started in the summer of 2020 and will finish towards the end of winter of 2020.
Kitchens without their counters or fridges are often not seen by homeowners. The cabinet installation comes before counters and finishing any electrical wiring, which are close to the last steps.

The attic has not been touched yet. This is most likely the last room to be finished in this flip.
This family home is in Morristown, N.J. They are having an addition in the back of their house.
The family wished to have a two story deck built. One of the first parts of this addition is framing.
Roberto, one of Morgan Contractor's carpenter's, is finishing up the framing.
The family chose dark brown composite decking for their new addition.
This family home is in Montclair, N.J. They are renovating the front of their home.
The carpenters of Morgan Contractors' worked on framing the windows this day.
Three out of six windows are framed in the front of this home.
Joel, one of Morgan's carpenters, is cutting the white wood for the framing.
This family home is in Livingston, N.J. This family wishes to renovate their entire basement.

Their basement after the demolition has little lights for the guys to work with, therefore they are using the little lighting they can before new lights are wired.
The family is religious as practicing Baptists. This is the one untouched bathrooms in their basement and will remain this was for the duration of the project.
